Herb-crusted Yakushima flying fish

Flying fish is made into fillet and sprinkled by herbs. After thawing, you can eat it by simple cook.


【Materials】(4 servings)

1 bag of Herb-crusted Yakushima flying fish
Olive oil, etc.
Butter
Lettuce or sliced onions
Lemon to taste

How to make

1Before cooking, let it thaw naturally. Put olive oil and your favorite oil in a heated pan.

2When the pan heated, bake the flying fish.

3Slowly grill on both sides until browned.

4Once browned, add butter to finish and bake until the surface is brown.

5Put vegetables such as lettuce on a plate and serve it, and you're done.
