Herb-crusted Yakushima flying fish

Flying fish is made into fillet and sprinkled by herbs. After thawing, you can eat it by simple cook.

1 bag of Herb-crusted Yakushima flying fish |
Olive oil, etc. |
Butter |
Lettuce or sliced onions |
Lemon to taste |

1Before cooking, let it thaw naturally. Put olive oil and your favorite oil in a heated pan.
